For the last 12 years, I have been teaching people how to cook delicious food at my home, and I also run food workshops such as the Pierogi Power Workshop, Fermentation Workshop and more. Recently I was the host of a big food event for The Krakow Pierogi Festival and Harvest Festival. (I also appear regularly on TV and radio as a guest, discussing subjects related to home cooking, the sharing economy and food tech.) I’ve always enjoyed sharing my knowledge of my beautiful hometown, and more about the art of Polish cuisine, both through the website and with all the wonderful travellers I meet in person.
My grandmother and my mother were great cooks. That means delicious, home-made food freshly-prepared.
Restaurants are great, but sometimes it seems it would be better to enjoy a home-cooked meal with someone who can also tell me a bit more about their experiences, their lives and their cities. So, I’ve decided to do exactly that. I cook for up to 14 people at my home in Krakow and you’re invited. Please join me!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Marta! I felt as though I was stopping by an old friend's house for an afternoon of delicious food and delightful conversation. Sharing stories and learning classic Polish recipes will remain one of the highlights of my trip. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Krakow, because I will certainly be back for a cooking session with Marta!

Dinner was delicious and experiencing it in Marta’s Home made it very special ! I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Krakow.

Marta s dinner was again the highlight of our trip in Poland, 18 happy passengers in the end of the dinner tried to give Marta a hug for all her hospitality, kindness and quality of the meals. Our home cooked 4 course meal accompanied by vodkas was just what we longed for after eating in restaurants...
Marta s dinner was again the highlight of our trip in Poland, 18 happy passengers in the end of the dinner tried to give Marta a hug for all her hospitality, kindness and quality of the meals. Our home cooked 4 course meal accompanied by vodkas was just what we longed for after eating in restaurants all through Poland. She accepted the challenge to cook for 20 people and fit us all in into her living room, by moving some furniture. A visit to her house is always on the top of my list when I visit Krakow with groups. Thank you for everything Marta, you are a star! Hope to see you again and try more culinary wonders from your village, from your garden.

The Saturday with Marta was a perfect way to spend time with my daughter and get into holiday spirit. Great food, perfect atmosphere and company. It was fun and creative day. We came home with 2 beautiful Pająki. They decorate our home and make us happy every day :)
