I'm a Londoner who spends a lot of time in Krakow. I've been cooking ever since I can remember, and enjoy trying out new things on my unsuspecting friends (who have yet to complain!). I love to see people around my table, eating, talking and making friends.

Perfect place for a perfect meal! Ewa is a wonderful host and her cuisine is like a tip-top product with a special (magical?) ingredient inside. Also cooking together makes me an excellent experience. Ewa is a diplomatic master chef and it's not only meals preparation. It is a lesson how to NOT bake too long, NOT flavor too strong and NOT cook to hard. We have a proper word in Polish for that - Ewa knows how to "nie przedobrzyć" :)
