I knew a bit about sourdough baking, but Robert gave me lots of tips and ideas for how to improve. Wow, Wow and Wow. My 2 friends and I had a fabulous time learning the art of baking sourdough bread. We very much enjoyed our experience with Robert and would 100% recommend this workshop. Robert was so welcoming and provided great instruction. He also generously prepared an amazing breakfast with lots of trimmings and we added a lovely bottle of Prosecco to toast our baking skills over breakfast. I can highly recommended the pear honey that he also makes...what a legend. My family and I enjoyed trying our baked bread on the weekend with our own brunch and it was truly a success with the. Thank you for opening your home and teaching us the art of bread making.

The class is small so you get lots of attention and can really participate. Robert is a professional cook/chef. His baking class demystifies baking-breaking it down into steps and having us participate in kneading the dough. This is a great class for home chefs who want to learn how to bake.
