Cooking has always been in my house something more than just food.
The heart of the house has always been the kitchen, in which we would sit with my beloved to share food, stories, everyday problems, and happiness. A home without the smell of tasty pie, hot soup, and a welcoming smile just isn't a real one.
I would like to introduce you to Polish cuisine, which, I believe, is still not well-discovered. The second great passion that I would like to share with you is Polish art and culture, and my knowledge about my hometown, Kraków. I will share some stories and tips about the city if you like. I will be happy to welcome you to my house.

What a delightful evening with Hanna and Coen! We have never tried anything like Eataway before. It seemed like it would be a great way, on our first night in Krakow, to sample original Polish cuisine as well as get some tips on what to see and do on our 4 night stay in Krakow. We could not have been happier with the way it turned out. Hanna prepared a terrific meal, and it was clear from her exuberance just how much she loved Krakow. She provided us with many options for things to see as well as places to eat that were not the typical tourist traps. They were the most gracious of hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. We would highly recommend Eataway with Hanna and Coen!

We had a very warm welcome around a beautifully equiped table. We really appreciated that Hanna & Coen accepted having us with a group of 8 youngsters and 3 teachers. We liked the food and the introduction in some new flavours of the Polish kitchen. We had lots of fun and talked about differences in life between our countries. We got the opportunity to interact even in Dutch with Coen. Hanna hosted us with nice food and colourful stories and legends. Toppie!

Making pierogi with Hanna in her beautiful historic home was one of the highlights of my experience in Krakow. Hanna is lovely, so warm and welcoming. She shared some interesting history of Krakow and insights into her family's experiences and local customs. The pierogi were the best I have ever tasted. (And, I sampled ALOT of pierogi while I was in Krakow.) I came away with some new skills!

Hannah was a great host! Her apartment was comfortable, she explained the whole process very well and answered all our questions. It was like an evening at a friend's house - I recommend it wholeheartedly!
