For me, Poland means hospitality and taking the best possible care of your guests. It means warmth, coziness and a loving home. The heart of the house has always been a kitchen in which I would sit with my beloved to share food, stories, everyday problems, and happiness. A home without the smell of a tasty pie, hot soup, and a welcoming smile just isn't a real one.
Let me introduce you to this world and come to taste my Polish dinner which must be big, tasty and long :) We will begin with a starter, which will include homemade bread and finish with tea with the addition of homemade confiture or a fruit syrup. Hope to see you there!

A home without the smell of tasty pie, hot soup, and a welcoming smile just isn't a real one.I would like to introduce you to Polish cuisine, which, I believe, is still not well-discovered. The second great passion that I would like to share with you is Polish art and culture, and my knowledge about my hometown, Kraków. I will share some stories and tips about the city if you like. I will be happy to welcome you to my house.

Hanna was a bit concerned that people might be put off because their home is slightly out of the city centre. I would say absolutely don't be put off, it was an easy 10-15 minute taxi ride, and in the summer you could easily cycle on the riverside path direction to their house. Anyway, the evening and the food is worth a few minutes in a cab.
Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was very family-like. Ms. Hanna engaged the entire group in making pierogi. Everyone participated with great enthusiasm. The workshop was held in a wonderful atmosphere, with conversations and anecdotes from the childhoods of both the group and Hanna. Interesting stories about the culinary history of Poland and Krakow were also shared. The closing feast took place in the kitchen where the workshop was held. The tableware was very interesting, and the pierogi dishes were delicious! After all, after such a good lesson, everything had to be delicious, and we were diligent students. And one more thing – the borscht! The red (beetroot) borscht that Ms. Hania served was delicious! Therefore, the culinary workshops led by Ms. Hanna were a hit and I recommend them to everyone!

She taught us how to make Vegan pierogies that were absolutely delicious.

We had a great time with Hanna and Coen family. The food was great, I have learned the name of the dish "awanturka" - tasty white cheese paste. Their house is in quiet, green area of Cracow on the shore of Vistula river with a great view on Przegorzaly Castle. I'm looking forward for...
