Hanna was so kind, patient, and helpful as she taught us to make two different kinds of pierogi. She gave us plenty of hands-on experience while also demonstrating some of the steps. The workshop was held in a wonderful atmosphere, with conversations and anecdotes from the childhoods of both the group and Hanna. Interesting stories about the culinary history of Poland and Krakow were also shared. The closing feast took place in the kitchen where the workshop was held.
