Happens to live in Krakow and enjoys my little kitchen experiments and adventures with food.
I would like to bring a touch of the traditional Middle Eastern flavors and dishes with me to this town. I will be fusing ingredients from Iranian pistachios and saffron, Arabic spices and herbs, Levantine mezzes and delights with whatever fresh ingredients I can get my hands on from Hala Targowa soooo

Excellent food and excellent host! Thank you again for the lovely evening and all the laughter. She really put A LOT of effort into the food. I have eaten things that I have never tasted before! I think that my favorite part was the cake! ;)
Awesome person, even better food, brilliant evening! If you like middle-east cuisine you definitely should come to Zara's place and try her delicious home-made hummus!

I was quite sure that this food is going to be great. But I didn't expect that basicly every dish will give me completely new food experience.
So happy to came. Awesome people, from 4 different countries! Fantastic atmosphere.
