Robert provided the perfect introduction to bread making, we covered many topics and he certainly knows his stuff. The class was well organised and well paced with a mixture of hands-on in the kitchen and sitting enjoying a great breakfast whilst the bread was either rising or baking. I am really looking forward to making my first loaf!

To say that it has been a pleasure is an understatement :) I've gotten much more knowledge than I've anticipated! Breakfast was delicious, I've obtained a new pet-sourdough (Zawkasek) and hopefully will become a bread-baking-master myself :)

Robert is a great cook, who likes to do everything by himself &take care of natural ingredients. I really liked his homemade bread, his homemade pasta and his beluga lentilles salad with cured salmon!
