The youngest of 6 sisters, Mira was born and brought up in the town of Haenam, famous across the country for its food. Mira was taught how to cook in a family setting, and was also brought up with a love of fresh ingredients – both from the family property, and from the nearby sea.
Mira has been living in Krakow for over 7 years, and has even created her own small garden on her terrace in Salwator where she grows vegetables and herbs essential to create genuine Korean food. Food was amazing, dishes that I loved most were miso soup, sweet and sour chicken and best sushi I ever tried. It was also served like in finest restaurant. Dishes looked and tasted perfectly.

Mira's meal took us in an expected journey to South Korea's lived culture. Actually, the authenticity here entailed the contemporary fusion that underlies South Korean popular gastronomy - her unique sushi showcasing both technique and a clever understanding of flavor and texture. All courses were inspiring to eat and learn about. Everything carefully crafted and harmonized. Kimchi, which came in two handmade versions, was truly breathtaking (not only because it was deliciously spicy!). Mira's poise was also something remarkable to observe, her soothing calm while handling the food surely made the entire experience very comfortable. Great meal and talk :)

Jedzenie które podała było nie tylko wyborne, ale przygotowane z sercem, dbałością o detale i pięknie podane. Dopracowane w najmniejszym szczególe przeniosło chyba wszystkich uczestników kolacji w jej rodzinne strony. Mira w swojej kuchni używa oryginalnych składników które sprowadza z Korei, a świeże rośliny hoduje na wielkim balkonie z oszałamiającym widokiem na Kraków. Obiecywała koreański BBQ którego już nie mogę się doczekać!

Mira made us feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. It was a fantastic evening with warm atmosphere, beautiful table setting, delicious food and even live music :)
