Kimchi Masterclass
Kimchi is an ancient Korean dish traditionally served with or in just about every meal. This fermented food typically consists of napa cabbage or white radish salted and mixed with red chili peppers, garlic, ginger, salted fish, and other ingredients. Not only is Kimchi popular for its delicious taste, but is also famous for its medicinal properties. Being cited by Health Magazine as one of the world's five 'healthiest foods', Kimchi is packed with antioxidants, rich in vitamins and holds anti-bacterial, anti-carcinogenic and probiotic properties.
I'm so pleased to be able to introduce you to Kimchi through this workshop. Kimchi to me can be described as my soul food. I don't even want to imagine living abroad for 10 odd years without being able to make Kimchi. Therefore, being able to share my soul food as well as my Korean culture and customs with you all is a very special moment for me. Through this time we spend together, I hope you will begin to understand the beauty of Korea.

I’ve learnt so many useful tips from this dining experience! The skilled and charming Mira went above and beyond to accommodate a wonderful group of guests from all over the world around her table. Mira takes extra care in the fine details of food presentation. The array of culinary delights Mira served gave a fantastic feel of asian fusion vibes. Mira’s thoughtfulness exceeded our expectations when she surprised us with a scrumptious birthday cake for one of the guests celebrating on the day. Thank you and see you again Mira!

Ahhh it was amazing evening! Mira is so friendly and shares many interesting stories about her country, culture and family. Her food is very delicious!! One of the best I have eaten in my life :) Don't eat anything before going to Mira...she prepares tones of food ;) Thank you again Mira!
Polish people love to brag about their hospitality and many times it is true. But never have I experienced such warmth and care for the guests as I have at Mira's! She is a truly wonderful person, full of passion for cooking. You will not leave her place hungry :)
