I've recently changed careers and am in the process of obtaining my TEFL certification in Poland. I will spend about 11 weeks in Poland this year.
Many times I'm able to combine some of my passions. I enjoy traveling, petsitting and food. Recently I began house/petsitting as I travel and have met some wonderful people and their pets. I'm hoping to travel extensively next year. I'm already planning a few weeks in Egypt and am thinking about a volunteer project that would take me to Thailand and Cambodia.
Some people ask me why I travel so much and my answer is "because it's there and I can" :)
