The youngest of 6 sisters, Mira was born and brought up in the town of Haenam, famous across the country for its food. Mira was taught how to cook in a family setting, and was also brought up with a love of fresh ingredients – both from the family property, and from the nearby sea.
Mira has been living in Krakow for over 7 years, and has even created her own small garden on her terrace in Salwator where she grows vegetables and herbs essential to create genuine Korean food. The Kimchi workshop with Mira was absolutely professional, full of real passion, knowlege and love.. At the first time I was in Mira's home at Korea dinner where I ate kimchi and that taste was so known and so unknown.. I'm really very happy to be here and do it - KIMCHI

I was glad to learn an authentic way to make kimuchi. Home made kimuchi tastes fantastic!! And it was interesing to taste lots of different types of kimuchi in the dinner and kimuchi fired rice was so good. I always enjoy Mira's hospitality she is great!!
