The youngest of 6 sisters, Mira was born and brought up in the town of Haenam, famous across the country for its food. Mira was taught how to cook in a family setting, and was also brought up with a love of fresh ingredients – both from the family property, and from the nearby sea.
Mira has been living in Krakow for over 7 years, and has even created her own small garden on her terrace in Salwator where she grows vegetables and herbs essential to create genuine Korean food. You can see them if you are attentive for details (I wasn't:). Now imagine it is packed with all the delicious starters that will make you want to eat them all. Beware, main dish is coming, so leave some space!:) I was happy to bring my friend this time. In fact, I made Eataway dinner part of my 3 day inspirational coaching programme that I oganise in Krakow every month for my clients. This was my second time in less than a month at Mira's. She was very nice and her hospitality and details about the food as well as her setup were great. The food was amazing and her kimchi is the best :) Looking forward to the next event she will be organizing.
