The youngest of 6 sisters, Mira was born and brought up in the town of Haenam, famous across the country for its food. Mira was taught how to cook in a family setting, and was also brought up with a love of fresh ingredients – both from the family property, and from the nearby sea.
Mira has been living in Krakow for over 7 years, and has even created her own small garden on her terrace in Salwator where she grows vegetables and herbs essential to create genuine Korean food. Some of the best sushi I have had in Krakow. Fresh, beautifully presented, attention to the smallest of details. All hosted in a beautiful apartment with such warm energy and open atmosphere. Mira is really a breath of fresh air - as a cook and just as a person. You feel it in her evolved level of hospitality, empathy towards her guests, and the way she takes delicate care of every last detail.
It was a great taste that we will not forget..a bit too spicy but really really delicious.
Food was delicious, Mira is a very warm host, willing to share her cooking secrets ;)

Fantastic as usual. I organised a dinner meeting for One Krakow at Mira's. Second time I did this. Wonderful food and atmosphere (and I ordered a kilo of home made kimchi :-)
