We had a wonderful ladies night out at Mira's. The setting of the table and the food served was perfect. Mira's vegetable rolls and Koran sushi were excellent, I enjoyed every piece of it. I also enjoyed the korean appetizers and the desert. Delicious! Mira is a very welcoming host and all of us had a lovely evening at her house. I can highly recommend Mira's dishes, also for vegetarians. I am already looking forward to the next dinner time at Mira's.

Mira is a great host. We arrived whilst she was preparing sushi and she talked us through what makes Korean sushi different. With every course, she took the time to talk about the dish, which was really interesting and all very tasty. I remember each dish was immaculately presented. We had interesting and fun conversation through out the evening and it will be one that I will remember. We had to leave early so Mira packed us up a pudding in a takeaway box! I can and will certainly recommend!

Ta kolacja i wieczór z przepyszną kuchnią Miry to było moje pierwsze zetknięcie z ideą Eataway. Jestem pod wielkim wrażeniem dań, sposobu podania, smaków i atmosfery. Dodatkowo wspaniali, ciekawi goście, ciepła i uśmiechnięta gospodyni - słowem - był to zacny wieczór :) i bardzo polecam!

I had a fantastic dinner at Mira's, better than I could have in any reataurant. The food was absolutely delicious (and that was somethig I could never cook myself and Mira told us so much about the Korean food), other gueats were very nice and Mira was a great host, making sure that the evening is as great as it can be. The atmosphere was great and I recommend a dinner with Mira to all my friends now :-) I know some are going to visit her soon :-)

This was my first eataway experience and I didn't know what to expect however I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing and almost endless and the the host, Mira, was such a joy to be around. She is so kind and very personable. I had never really had Korean food before and now I'm addicted. The sushi, spring rolls, and the chicken were mind blowingly delicious. (As I write this, the craving for these foods is starting.) I highly recommend eating at Mira's, you won't be disappointed! It also set up a great environment for people to practice their English since you are surrounded by a mix of expats and Polish. I know the next time that I have friends visiting we will be going back to Mira's!

Wyobraźcie sobie, wczoraj miałam bliskie spotkanie z kuchnią koreańską. Wszystko dzięki temu, że zainteresowała mnie idea EatAway – nazwałam je na własny użytekstowarzyszeniem domowych kucharzy, dzięki któremu można wpaść na obiad czy kolację do czyjegoś domu, poznać nowe smaki i nowych ludzi. Dzięki temu trafiłam na kolację do Miry, mieszkającej w Krakowie Koreanki, która świetnie gotuje, ma własny ogród na tarasie, trzy lodówki (jedną tylko na kimchi, czyli kiszone warzywa, tradycyjne danie kuchni koreańskiej, wpisane na listę niematerialnego dziedzictwa UNESCO), a przede wszystkim jest przemiłą osobą i pewnie dlatego atmosfera przy jej stole jest tak dobra. Oprócz kimchi, zupy miso, sushi i innych pysznych dań nakarmiłam się też opowieściami sąsiadów przy stole: dziewczyn zafascynowanych kulturą koreańską (Polka i urodzona w Polsce Wietnamka), nauczycieli japońskiego (z Japonii), historii o nurkowaniu wśród rekinów (odbyło się to w Australii i w, hm, klatce, żeby rekiny trzymać na pewną odległość), o tęsknocie za Nowym Jorkiem w Krakowie i odwrotnie (i pisaniu książki) itd. Czy to przypadek, że w opowieściach pojawiły się Nowy Orlean i Belfast, miejsca (Belfast zwłaszcza po świetnej książce Aleksandry Łojek), które ostatnio chodzą mi po głowie? :) I jeszcze jedno: jak miło jest słyszeć od obcokrajowców, że dobrze się czują w Polsce. Choć Mira mówi, że i wiosna, i jesień w Korei są o wiele bardziej kolorowe...
