The youngest of 6 sisters, Mira was born and brought up in the town of Haenam, famous across the country for its food. Mira was taught how to cook in a family setting, and was also brought up with a love of fresh ingredients – both from the family property, and from the nearby sea.
Mira has been living in Krakow for over 7 years, and has even created her own small garden on her terrace in Salwator where she grows vegetables and herbs essential to create genuine Korean food. Na kolacji bardzo mi się podobało. Mogłam spróbować prawdziwych koreańskich potraw co do tej pory wydawało mi się raczej nieosiągalne. Byłam pewna autentyczności jedzenia tymbardziej, że między kolejnymi daniami rozmawialiśmy, dowiadywaliśmy się ciekawych rzeczy o Korei i jej tradycjach. Same dania...
Na kolacji bardzo mi się podobało. Mogłam spróbować prawdziwych koreańskich potraw co do tej pory wydawało mi się raczej nieosiągalne. Byłam pewna autentyczności jedzenia tymbardziej, że między kolejnymi daniami rozmawialiśmy, dowiadywaliśmy się ciekawych rzeczy o Korei i jej tradycjach. Same dania były pięknie podane i przede wszystkim przepyszne. Chciałabym umieć tak gotować. Całość idealnie dopełniała koreańska muzyka.

Thank you Mira for another great Korean dinner. This was our second visit to your lovely apartment overlooking the Wisła and, as before, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved the appetisers including kimchi, prawn crackers, tempura zucchini and Miso soup but our favourite dish is your sweet and sour chilli chicken served in a batter nest made from rice, potato and wheat flour. This is a winner, closely followed by the sushi. The Korean compote accompanies the food perfectly and your sponge cake is light as a feather so we came away with a clear conscience too! As ever the company was friendly and engaging. We had a lovely evening.

The atmosphere during this dinner was also very nice – it is a good opportunity to meet a lot of interesting persons – not only polish. This mix of delicious cuisine and meeting the other guest make Eataway dinners absolutely exceptional…. I recommend to everyone to book places at Mira dinner and to enjoy her Korean cuisine….

I was at eataway three times thanks to my Friends Ewa and Paulina and two times Mira hosted me at her place. She is the nicest person I have ever met. Her personality , hospitality and delicious food made me so happy.
