Where to start? I had a rough day and was feeling quite low yesterday. I came to Mamta’s and Surbhi’s late, however from the very beginning I felt that I’ll experience something special. Elina, Mamta’s little daughter just ran into me on the staircase and from that moment of cuteness, the magic started. Mamta’s home was full of good vibes - the guests were already enjoying a welcome drink, and both Surbhi and Mamta were rushing in the kitchen to serve us with freshly fried pakoras. Oh dear, it was too good! And then, I got the chance to witness the process of making momos - the girls truly mastered it. Served freshly out of a special steaming pot, they were nothing but amazing. And that spicy sesame dip, simply wow. Just when I got into the conversation with Mamta’s partner, the desert was served! I felt truly special, as the hostesses prepared a special vegan desert for me - mad respect for that. Overall, the experience was great. Come and share the table with Mamta and Surbhi, not only if you’re craving for authentic Nepalese cuisine, but also if you just want to enjoy a memorable evening in the fantastic company.
