Hello! My name is Paolo, Italian, from Verona, living in Kraków but travelling around the world since more than 20 years.
I'm a fan of good eating, and I like so much to cook for my family and friends.
Share a meal with friends is the best, you can enjoy the food and drinks talking, laughing, getting fun together!
What I like most to cook is italian "primi piatti" the way my mom teached me, with love and taste.
I propose mostly lunch meals in my house, where I set th environment and the flavours to make my guests feeling like in any italian family at lunch time :-)

Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet Paolo as a host and as a sophisticated chef. In rainy Cracow we met sunny Tuscany sunlight. Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet Paolo as a host and as a sophisticated chef. In rainy Cracow we met sunny Tuscany sunlight. We were lucky because our chef has just brought fresh ingredients from Italy. We tasted Bufala mozzarella and Coppa as antipasti, two types of Pasta and of course Tiramisu. Well-chosen wines and coffee I will not mention! So ,I will be back :) and I recomended visit Paolo to everyone!
