This was a truly first-class experience. I never realized vegan food could be so delicious. Iwona outdid herself preparing an outstanding menu for us, and Sam was super-generous lending us his spacious apartment and providing us with great wines. I also have to say, politically correct or not, judging from the looks of the women in the room, this type of eating makes people look great! — slim, trim and bright-eyed.
