Throught centuries feast and meals in Russia were more about tradition and rutials than technique. Knowledge was circulating from one generetion to another. It is my honor to share this knowledge at dinner à la Russe.
It's a 4 coarse dinner with complimentary drinks (pastry, pickles, borsch, boeuf stroganoff, blini) . Each dish is made of local organic farm-products. All homemade, even pickles and pastry.
But it's more than just a dinner.
Each dish is related to a beautiful national tradition or even my own family ritual. I'll be happy to tell about those traditions and history of Russia and Slavs (that is more thrilling than Game of Thrones
I am an open minded person who loves to create and make people happy. I have to great passions in life - cinema and cooking.
