A Mid Summer Vegan Dream Night
Epic Vegan presents... a four course home cooked, fully vegan, plated meal so precisely called "A Mid Summer Night Vegan Meal Dream" (really... there is no other title that can capture the culinary journey that will be taken)! Everything served are recipes that I have personally written, and have tried, revised, and essentially perfected! It is my goal to provide guests with an sociable evening that is filled with vibrant colours, pleasingly potent aromas, unique flavours, and gorgeous presentation.
This evening will be the first eataway meal that I host, and let me assure you... I am bringing my best to the table! I myself have been cooking vegan for a year and a half, and throughout this time have completely fallen in love with the whole vegan lifestyle and cooking process! This love continues to deepen, and now there is a BIG desire to share the love and passion! What better way to do this, then to invite people into my home for a meal?!
