Vegan Fastfood Bonanza - for Brześć Kids
Back in the game with another dinner! The vegans are people, too. There's more to kale and sprouts that we eat. Who doesn't like greasy fastood, anyway? My meal is all about the veganized versions of the foods that we (used to) love. ;) One more thing, all the profits from this one go to the Chechnyan Kids stuck in the Brzesc train station.
What is it all about? We the cooks, always feel like helping. We’ve seen Marina doing so many good things for the refugee kids stuck in Brześć, that we immediately felt like doing something together and here we go - cooks united again. Iga's meal immediately caught my attention -it was very reasonably priced and vegan. :) I booked almost a month ago and since then, I was waiting impatiently. We were supposed to have a terrace party, but the rain made Iga move the party to her living room - it was a bit crowded but cosy. Thai food that Iga served was top notch. The lime, the coriander, the shrooms, everything was just in place and made a nice background for the conversations. Highly recommended!
