Francesinha - Porto traditional

My name is Victor, I’m from Oporto a wonderful town visited every day for thousands of tourists from around the world.I love my town and cooking traditional food. That means preparing home made meals with fresh products produced in a small farm in Gerês or bought in local traditional markets. I have friends around the world and every time they came to Oporto I cook for them and we have a wonderful time talking and sharing experiences around the table. In my meals traditional Portuguese sausages, butter and cheese made by me are always present.Some time ago I decided to cook for tourists what gives me the opportunity to extend the number of friends, know more about other countries and experiences and, above all, share everything I know about Oporto and Portugal.
