South Brazilian BBQ
This time we want to invite you to try Brazilian specialty – juicy, melt-in-the-mouth grilled meat - southern way! In Brazil grilling is a real art, so we are going to offer you the whole variety of most popular meat cuts you can find during Sunday churrasco (barbecue) in Southern Brazil. Long prepared beef, pork, lamb, sausage and even toasted chicken hearts, which are obligatory on Brazilian grill will be served along with grilled veggies, bread and special veggie sauce. As a sweet finish let’s take a bite of toasted pineapple – for a better digestion! ;)

Wu, born in Taiwan, raised in Brazil loving sushi even more, has become a sushi master and runs his own sushi bar in Brazil. We love cooking together cause our friendship has started from the first sushi roll. Now we want to share the piece of this roll with you!

I had a great evening at Natalia and Wu dinner. Food was delicious, sushi that Wu made was just amazing. Same with ribs and famous popcorn chicken :) I'll be back

Jeden wieczór a tyle smaków! Jedliście kiedyś sushi na słodko? Ja spróbowałam tego od Wu i z pewnością wrócę po więcej ;) Poza tym MIĘSO jak zawsze bezbłędne. Mogliśmy poćwiczyć zręczność- znikało z talerza w kilka sekund!

Natalia i Wu przygotowali prawdziwą ucztę, jednak posiłek w ich domu to coś więcej niż jedzenie, to również okazja do poznania wspaniałych ludzi. Mam nadzieję, że zobaczymy się jeszcze nie raz :)
