On this night, you will taste the true Moroccan tagine: a mixture of fresh spices and a delicate meat.
Vegans and Vegetarians can also enjoy this dinner by tasting the spicy vegetable tagine and a variety of salads. All this, is accompanied by other side dishes and followed by a delicious sweet couscous and finally some mouth watering home made sweet bread as well as a hot mint tea coming all the way from Casablanca.

The couscous night was great! Khawla is an awesome host and cook. She prepared a special vegetarian version just for me and I have to admit, I'm still full from this delicious meal.
