What normally served on an Asian dinner table?
This is somehow a difficult question to answer as we have multiracial, multinational and multicultural in one region.
But, what we can assured was, if you go to a Food court in Malaysia, you may see Malay, Indian and Chinese food being orderd in one table (and sometimes Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese food also).
As an Asian who are passion for food, not able to eat as in Malaysia when we are oversea is some kind of suffer. So, finding a way to cook as we are in Malaysia become a mission to accomplish (especially when ingredients are a challenge to obtained at some points). :-)
When we designed this meal to share, we went through a small debate on what is best combination to have.
Finally, the menu is set and we are looking forward to share with you the Malaysian style of Asian dinner.
See you soon. :-)

Sujata's cooking really brightened up our grey February. Everything was delicious, and we all had a very pleasant evening together.
