The youngest of 6 sisters, Mira was born and brought up in the town of Haenam, famous across the country for its food. Mira was taught how to cook in a family setting, and was also brought up with a love of fresh ingredients – both from the family property, and from the nearby sea.
Mira has been living in Krakow for over 7 years, and has even created her own small garden on her terrace in Salwator where she grows vegetables and herbs essential to create genuine Korean food. Each version was delicious and distinct. The chicken and kimchi were spicy but not too hot. The egg was savory and excellent. Accompanying the triangles was a delicious cup of Korean miso soup. It was clearly homemade and chock full of tender vegetables. With the lunch, Mira included a tea bag to make brown rice tea - the perfect accompaniment to the meal.

Those triangles with crispy seaweed are something very new to me - I wouldn't imagine that rice sandwich can be that good. Great value, really filling as well. That origami crane just melts my heart every time I see it. Mira <3 <3 <3
