For the last 5 years, I have been teaching people how to cook delicious food at my home, and I also run food workshops such as the Pierogi Power Workshop, Fermentation Workshop and more. Recently I was the host of a big food event for The Krakow Pierogi Festival and Harvest Festival. (I also appear regularly on TV and radio as a guest, discussing subjects related to home cooking, the sharing economy and food tech.) I’ve always enjoyed sharing my knowledge of my beautiful hometown, and more about the art of Polish cuisine, both through the website and with all the wonderful travellers I meet in person.
My grandmother and my mother were great cooks. That means delicious, home-made food freshly-prepared.
Restaurants are great, but sometimes it seems it would be better to enjoy a home-cooked meal with someone who can also tell me a bit more about their experiences, their lives and their cities. So, I’ve decided to do exactly that. I cook for up to 14 people at my home in Krakow and you’re invited. Please join me!

Before we arrived Marta was accommodating to our requests and from the moment we arrived Marta made us feel welcome- she was informative, fun and patient with all of our questions. We made 2 different kinds of Pierogi, both of which were delicious, and under her guidance we even left confident in our dough making and pierogi folding skills! The meal we had was delicious and we learned so much about Polish culture, Marta, and fermenting foods! I cannot recommend this experience highly enough!

It was a very funny and creative workshop with Marta. The welcome was warm and there was immediately a warm and comfortable feeling. Christmas can come as we can now do our own gingerbread cookies. Thank you!

There were about 14 of us in total from numerous different countries
Such a great way
to enjoyed a home prepared and cooked traditional polish meal
With a lot of the ingredients actually from her own garden !
We had numerous different dishes and numerous different polish delicacies far to many to remember or even pronounce correctly !
But it was a wonderful experience wonderful meal full credit to Marta and her helpers
For something completely out of your comfort zone give this a try ,highly recommended
