The course starts with a simple greens salad with tomatoes with herbs in olive oil infused dressing.
The main dishes include:
Sauté eggplants with green herbs with an eastern flavor twist
Tomatoes cooked with eggs and green onions, a popular homemade dish in East
Sauté vegetable(s) with garlic and herbs
Fluffy rice cooked to al dente
The meal concludes with fruits and non-caffeine herbal tea
Love nature, outdoors and healthy/active lifestyle. Enjoy all kinds of music and travel to different places. In recent years I prefer vegetarian diet and learn more about fermented foods/probiotics/prebiotics. Rock climbing, yoga, hiking and travel are on top of my list.
