Hi everybody! What about home made French dinner ? I will cook for you some classics, the way they are prepared in France. There will be a lot of butter, more butter and even more butter – as Julia Child used to say. I will cook according to the seasons and to what one can buy at a food market. My French feast will include delicious French pastries – I will make them from scratch. I invite you also to my cooking classes (when I was younger, I worked as a pastry chef in French restaurants in Los Angeles and New York).

Example menu (if you have any requests, please just contact me in advance):

– classic boeuf bourguignon with gratin dauphinois, daube provencale, steak with home made sauce béarnaise, fish in beurre blanc, canard à l’orange in home made demi glace and so on, coulibiacs in home made pastry, burgundy eggs, coq au vin, mussels… scallops in sauce a l’Americaine and many others….

– Savoury tarts and quiches in home made pastries; terrines, French pâtés, rillettes….

– French classical desserts: millefeuille with home made puff pastry dough, sweet tarts, French macarons, crème brûlée, galette des Rois in winter time

Hello everybody! I invite you once in a while to some French festive dinners and cooking classes! When I was younger, I worked in French restaurants in Los Angeles and New York, first as a cook and then as a pastry chef.I would be happy if you could share with me my favorite some classics of French gastronomy which I prepare according to some old family recipes. Do you like sauces and butter? I love them and that is why work a lot with sauces, even when they require long hours preparing some veal stock or a demi-glace. I also cannot imagine a good meal without a tasty dessert! What about famous tarte Tatin melting in your mouth, crispy millefeuille with homemade puff pastry or orangey and buttery Crêpe Suzette? I love to meet new people, but even more I love to cook and eat with people! If you are curious about authentic French flavors and tastes, please make a stop in the heart of Old Kraków. Let's meet and have a good time!
