Mitteleuropa
Our meal will be inspired by the culinary traditions of Central Europe. I would like to share some of the tastes of my childhood but also some from more recent memories from my travels in former Galician region. Joseph, who is a professional sommelier, will be serving natural wines pairing the menu. All of them will be from region of Central Europe or North of Italy (4 glasses per person) and home made cherry liqueur.

Cudowna uczta kulinarna. Na wstępie chciałbym zaznaczyć, że jakość potraw wskazywała na to że były przygotowane z produktów dobrej jakości. Niesamowitym dodatkiem były absolutnie naturalne wina bez żadnych dodatków, które w profesjonalny sposób prezentował Joseph. Warto było zapłacić kwotę ustaloną...

Wow, I've never had such well made food and drink with the exception of family gatherings perhaps. Desert was my favorite part though, marzepan. Gosia amd joseph are really nice i think ill be attending another one of their dinners soon. I recommend to anyone and everyone!
Doskonała kolacja. Przepysznie przyrządzone dania kuchni środkowoeuropejskiej w parze z nietuzinkowymi winami naturalnymi:) Bardzo miły wieczór. Gorąco polecam. Cena adekwatna do jakości i ilości dań wraz z winem. Ciekawa jestem, co Gosia i Joseph zaserwują następnym razem:)
