Life is all about enjoying it.I love travelling, I love eating! These two give me the opportunity to learn new things; new people and new tastes. Sometimes new people bring new tastes; sometimes new tastes direct me to new people.I started with basic recipes following my mum and aunt, occasionally worked in my aunt’s restaurant when I was a child and as soon as I start travelling around the world my cooking journey continued with collecting recipes from all over the world, combined them with Turkish flavours and took one step up by taking semi-professional cooking courses at Usla (an international Hospitality Academy) in Istanbul, Turkey.At the moment I love to cook for my family and friends and now I would like to cook for you and share stories with you.At the same time, I work on my blog and try to include new recipes.www.openkitchenturkey.com
