French Workshop
Hello foodies! Friends of our friends just got married and they were offered this special cooking class! As some of you probably know, I give cooking and pastry classes. I thought that some of you would love to cook their own dinner with me and have fun with freshly married young couple!
This workshop will be 4 hours long, as we will navigate between the kitchen, preparing the dishes, and the dining room to relax and enjoy our food.
I have opted, again, for some delicious French classics with a strong emphasis on sauces! We wil start with Œufs en meurette - eggs in red wine straight from Burgundy! See you!

Hello everybody! I invite you once in a while to some French festive dinners and cooking classes! When I was younger, I worked in French restaurants in Los Angeles and New York, first as a cook and then as a pastry chef.I would be happy if you could share with me my favorite some classics of French gastronomy which I prepare according to some old family recipes. Do you like sauces and butter? I love them and that is why work a lot with sauces, even when they require long hours preparing some veal stock or a demi-glace. I also cannot imagine a good meal without a tasty dessert! What about famous tarte Tatin melting in your mouth, crispy millefeuille with homemade puff pastry or orangey and buttery Crêpe Suzette? I love to meet new people, but even more I love to cook and eat with people! If you are curious about authentic French flavors and tastes, please make a stop in the heart of Old Kraków.
