This Swiss specialty comes from the canton of Wallis. Wallis is located in the South of Switzerland and is surrounded by 14 mountains bigger than 4'000 meters high.

The cold weather in Winter and the fresh nights of Summer bring people to sit together around a "Raclette". Melted cheese is the base of this delicious meal. Of course, only Walliser cheese merchants know the original recipe of the perfect Raclette cheese.
