French macarons
You do not have to go to France to have famous French macarons! ! I will teach you how to make them, so they melt in your mouth. It is a class for macarons with with caramel with salted butter. Recipes included:
- Prepare caramel with salted butter;
- Cook sugar and prepare Italian meringue,
- Prepare the macaron batter and pipe it on baking sheets,
- Bake the macaron shells to perfection,
- Assemble macarons. Eat macarons :)

Do you like sauces and butter? I love them and that is why work a lot with sauces, even when they require long hours preparing some veal stock or a demi-glace. I also cannot imagine a good meal without a tasty dessert! What about famous tarte Tatin melting in your mouth, crispy millefeuille with homemade puff pastry or orangey and buttery Crêpe Suzette?
