This dish is a stable food on our tables (Jordan and Palestine). It comes with a number of variations, it can be stuffed without meat, only vegetables and rice (called Yallanji) with olive oil and lemon juice...
It can be stuffed with (rice, minced meat, vegetables, olive oil, lemon juice), can be cooked with lamb chops, chicken, and other types of meat.
It is always served with a wide range of salads. A tasteful and light meal at the same time.
Together with our volunteers team at www.i-dare.org who are working in creating the culture and boosting social tourism in Jordan we are organizing (free Amman evening walks, hiking and trekking in Ajloun with locals, and dining with locals in Amman).
