STARTER –
PAPDI CHAAT:- Papri chaat is traditionally prepared using crisp fried dough wafers known as papri, along with boiled chick peas, boiled potatoes, yogurt and tamarind chutney and topped with chaat masala and sev
- MAIN COURSE -
BAGARA BAINGAN: Deep velvety purple baby eggplants are first stuffed with flavoured coconut-groundnut-sesame paste, then tempered in hot oil and finally simmered in fragrant and spicy gravy slowly absorbing the flavour and acquiring the rich and creamy taste.
CHAPATI : It also known as roti, is an unleavened flatbread from the Indian Subcontinent.
JEERA BASMATI RICE:- Jeera rice is basically rice flavored with cumin and lightly spiced with whole garam masala
KADHI:- It's made from Buttermilk/yoghurt , gram flour & Indian spices.
MANGO CHUTNEY:- Mango pickled in Indian spices.

Hello, I am Jayati. I am from India. My city is 150 km far from Bombay (Mumbai),city of Bollywood.I live in Zabrze with my family since last 3 years. I am housewife. Since childhood, I have hobby of cooking. My mother taught me a number of Indian cuisines. I am very much keen to serve the “real taste of India” - home-made food freshly-prepared to polish peoples through my cuisines. I love Poland because peoples are polite & silent in nature.Recently, I have received the award for “Best cuisines” in my children school function wherein all the parents from different origin countries had participated. I have joined culinary studio “Przestanek 11” in Zabrze as a “Indian Cook”.
