Dear Food Lovers!
I would like to host you for Baklava Workshop. Baklava is one of the most delicious dessert in Turkey as well as among mediterranean cuisine.
I apply to my mum's recipe, however the result is more tastier than mum's one as proven by the experience (P.S. This is the secret between us please. If my mum's hear then she might offended :) ).
Basicaly, please let me know if you are interested in. We can change the dates according to our availability in personal calendars + scope of workshop as well.
Kind Regards,
EOK,

Dear flavor lovers!I am Erhan Ok and from İstanbul, Turkey. I’m a project manager in my professional life and a cook in my private life. In addition, I really like socialising, meeting new people and exchanging experiences also!I have been living in Poland for over 3 years and just moved to Wroclaw after a fantastic Krakow adventure. As a Turkish cuisine lover, I do miss my flavors a lot! Therefore, I’ve been cooking/baking for over 3 years. Before that, my cooking experiences started at university due to living far away from my family already. Therefore, if you would like to taste delicious Turkish cuisine from me who really loves it as well as experience real hospitality, please feel free to join my dinner!Warm regards,Erhan OK

Also the other participants were perfect. At the end of the night everybody was very happy and satisfied by taste and hospitality.
Erhan was a charming host and he worked seamlessly to make everyone feel at home like old friends.
The meze brought me back to Turkey, those delicate flavors are hard to find here.
Good looking food and amazing taste! Desert-cherry on the top. Keep cooking! :)
Erhan , thank you very much for such a lovely evening
Thanks a lot Erhan for this great opportunity to get to know a bit more about your country and culture and taste the real Turkish flavours! :)
Erhan is a great host! I really enjoyed his supper, he is a good cook and a very open minded person. Food is fresh, tasty and reminded me of my Turkish travels!

We had a lovely evening at Erhan's Eataway - it was almost like an exclusive VIP dinner as we came with a big group of friends. I didn't have a chance before to try proper Turkish cuisine so everything was new to me & supper yummy! Erhan brings the spices and ingredients from Turkey and some of them are prepared by his mom! That's what you call real home cooked meal :) The house is also a wonderful place - very spacious with beautiful garden. Erhan is a great host sharing experiences about his culture and pictures from Turkey - this was not only a dinner but a cultural experience overall. Many thanks!

This place is like a hidden cave in Kraków, where a jinn comes out to serve dishes, which you can taste 2000 km away. The meal had episodes. Small pieces of lahmacun as an epilogue and ayran with mint, a perfect mix. We had bazlama (a fluffy bread) and the Turkish version of "Shakshuka", which helped us while waiting for the main dish. The lentil soup was a bit spicy and juicy, unlike the Polish version, as you can taste in an ordinary-but-warm restaurant in Istanbul. Bulgur (kasza) was next, stirred with butter and "köfte" cooked in the oven on the same dish. The dessert ("herbatniki" mixed with cacao and butter) was a good choice to finish the dinner, while enjoying our Turkish tea. Dined long, but not tired, definitely will try again.
Delicious foods..Great atmosphere where you can feel Turkish hospitality from the first "hi" till the last "goodbye"..It is worth to each groszy..Absolutelly recomend it
very friendly and warm environment with delicious meals. thanx to Erhan for the great night. excited for the next event.
