WROCLAWINO proudly invites you to a cycle of 4 lessons on February 2020, about wine and cuisine from PUGLIA !
During next 4 weekends, between 31.01.2020 and 28.02.2020, you may join our classes of Italian Cuisine and tastings of wines from PUGLIA.
Master and Sommelier for every class is Maestro Frank Maglio, the gourmet and famous Wine Specialist.
First lesson (31.01-01.02-02.02): ORECCHIETTE ALLA CRUDAIOLA !
This well-known dish from Mediterranean Cuisine, will be prepared with Orecchiette pasta from Puglia (similar to Polish Uszka but with durum wheat); and made up with tomatoes, basil, rocket salad, chili pepper, and CACIORICOTTA (fresh cheese just imported from Italy), and Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Puglia (you may buy our Olive Oil here with Wroclawino).
During the Master Class, we will taste together two types of PRIMITIVO wines: this is the Italian Red wine best-seller in Europe on 2019; it is very appreciated in Poland, because of his personality
