Mediterranean Dinner Experience
Hello ,
Eating has significant part in our social life and we learn cooking already from our mother and grandma . An authentic Aegean cousine has very much Mediterranean
influence. We usually prepare many different small dishes for taste (we call it MEZE ) and they are all homemade of fresh ingredients .Local bazaars provides us wonderfull opportunity for fresh vegetable and fruits. Fish is very delicious in this region and we like drinking Turkish local alcohol RAKI.
