International fusion food in Gdynia
Fusion red lentil soup with vegetables and flavourful middle eastern spices (the soup is not spicy). The soup is complimented by a hefty side of German Pizzabrötchen with topings of bacon/ham, vegetables, mushrooms and cheese.
This is the first time I will be hosting an Eataway event :)

Learning from different cultures, I've also plenty experimented and introduced cross-cultural variations in cooking. Some of my recipes are truly one of a kind, besides being secret ;) I would always love to share my experiences at the same time as to pick up still undiscovered kitchen tips and tricks.I'm moving to Gdynia in October and will start organizing Eataway dinners around that time.

Aleksejs is a wonderful cook. He makes some of the best, unique dishes that I ever tasted. He can make everything from simple traditional dishes from different countries to international fusion food.

I was happy to try many of Aleksejs' dishes. I especially liked the Japanese ones, like ononomiyake. It is certain that I will try many more of these and other tasty dishes, and bring my friends :)

The meal was really great! Because Aleksejs is a great cook and an awesome host. With him you not only get to experience good food but interesting conversations as well. And by tasty food I mean really tasty food. :) You should try!
