For many years, I revealed to my guests among history and archaeology, the secrets of Cretan Diet, which ensures good health and long life for centuries long.
In the end, I started producing my own ingredients and created my organic farm named “Bostani”. I have learned that the best compost is made of olive leaf and seaweed and that manure of my rabbits and goats can give the best veggies.
Today, ten years later, I am happy to welcome and guide you through my Bostani Bio Farm. At the same time, you can sit down for a multi-dish meal in which everything from the boiled eggs and chicken to the plump tomatoes, honey and wine is produced just meters away.
You can enjoy this tasty and nutritious meal prepared by me and my family.

I began my career in tourism 35years ago, immediately after graduating from the Higher Education School of professional Tour Guides of Greece.I had the opportunity to experience both the contact with clients and at the same time the evolution of the newly-born Greek travel industry.Gaining my initial experience in the field in 1982 with a specialized incoming travel agency named Talos Tours, based in Crete. For the next twelve years I successfully represented and provided services for many European travel and tourism companies.Relocating to Brussels I subsequently diversified into tour operating which, from 1992 to 2000 enabled me to accrue extensive knowledge and experience along with personal/business contacts within the field of European and world travel and tourism.On my return to Crete I decided to utilize my combined accumulated experience within the Greek market as niche Touroperator (special interests programs), Leisure Industry Consultant; further diversifying my activities into the fields of web publishing and Event Management.Now based in Rethymnon I head a dynamic, highly qualified family team.
