This is a typical Indonesian/Malaysian dish made outside on open fire in a kettle. Different kind of Asian spices, beef onions make this dish a fantastic stew. Because of the fact it takes about 4-5 ours to prepare probably it won’t be ready when you arrive but that is the idea to sit together drink some wine and the ingredients are slowly alter into a rendang. We make basmati rice and naan bread next to it under the name of fusion.

We often improvise while listening to music and make a fusion of different cuisines that influenced us during our travels in the world. Friends actually expect every now and then to come over for a dinner. Through the love of cooking and eating together we also make connections, new faces are also welcome at the table.
