Round the World New Year's Eve 2018
We will cross the Continents this New Year offering up 6 courses. According to the time zone the first Country to hit midnight will be Samoa in OCEANIA. We begin with OKA FISH SALAD.
The ASIAN continent is next with Japan waving in the New Year in Asia first with SUSHI.
From there we go to AFRICA to eat Sambusa in hot sauce from Erithea.
The first country to welcome the New Year in EUROPE is Estonia. Let’s eat Borscht.
Our party continues to Brazil for Fijoada (a rich hot pot comprised of meats, cured sausage and black beans).
The last continent to welcome in the New Year is Canada with Sous Vide Maple Syrup Pot de Creme.
And if you are wondering where the Continent of Antartica went – Well that’s ice in your drink. Water provided but bring your own alcohol or soft drink.
