Our breakfast is a feast, this is how we start our day especially on weekends when everybody is at home. Our breakfast is made at home mainly (some items we get from the market because this is also part of our rituals), then we prepare on average between 8 - 15 plates with different items. We share this food, we eat it by dipping pita bread with tea.
The bread has to be fresh and hot. The tea has to be hot with endless refills.
These plates will contain all tastes, sour, salty, sweet...etc
Together with our volunteers team at www.i-dare.org who are working in creating the culture and boosting social tourism in Jordan we are organizing (free Amman evening walks, hiking and trekking in Ajloun with locals, and dining with locals in Amman).
