Welcome to our home in Krakow, the stove is always on and atmosphere is full of wonderful laughter and aroma.We are a Chicago- Krakow couple who love to cook and entertain for our friends. We have a unique blend of international food experiences which come from Chicago’s prized culinary school at Kendall and Renata’s tradition Polish kitchen background.She brings a traditional kitchen style while James likes to play with different tastes and ideas. “Never stop experimenting with new ingredients and cooking methods.”We carefully choose top produce and meats from local markets. Herbs are picked from our garden outside Krakow and spices have been collected from different parts of the World.We invite you to our house and garden which overlook Kameduly monastery located in Przegorzaly, five minutes from Salwator. We cook every Saturday from 6pm for up to 10 people. Our door is open for you.

It was our first experience with eataway and... what a BLAST! To start with, beautiful residence with gracious and welcoming hosts. There were three other guests besides Martin and myself - one young couple and a single, mature guy. It turned out to be a perfect mix with many subjects in common, so the conversation, oiled by delicious wine, was very lively. I think we stayed for three hours, it felt like being with friends! We decided then and there, that we would have to do this sort of thing more often :) The food was delicious (cooked mostly by James, as it turns out) and elegantly served. A thoroughly satisfying experience!
Jim and Renata are very welcoming, warm, and easy to talk to. Thanksgiving dinner was delicious and we really enjoyed our conversations with the other guests also. Overall a great experience!!!
Eat
James and Renata provided the most delightful meal in their lovely house. Even before we started dinner I felt like I had been friends with them for years. The other guests were engaging, amusing and intelligent. A brilliant evening!
