You will be hosted in the converted space of a stone-and-brick barn built in the 1930s, part of a farmstead secluded in greenery at an altitude of 550 m on the edge of a vast forest area known as the Izera Mountains (Góry Izerskie). With pure air, water and earth abounding, we serve lots of fresh local produce sourced from the area, including herbs and greens from our own garden and mushrooms from the woods nearby. Local-made pierogi are available in a wide variety, including pork, quark-and-potatoes, sauerkraut-and-mushrooms, spinach, buckwheat and (seasonally) blackberry. We love to experiment and improvise, fusing various traditions to produce a new and unique gourmet experience.
