Introducing Ayurvedic Cuisine, crafted from local fresh produce, prepared according to Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a holistic way of life from the mystical land of India. Its essence lies in attaining balance by using whole spices, un-processed ingredients, sea salt, wild spices, turmeric and home-made ghee.
I aspire to indulge my guests with an experience of how universal and modern, a 5000 year old Indian tradition is. This will inspire exploration of how this ancient yet timeless knowledge of preparing food is aimed at attaining and maintaining one’s own optimal health and wellbeing!
