shared meal Tallinn, Estonia

This menu contains open-face onion-cheese pie with optional bacon and semolina mousse as sweet. Water, juice drink, tea, coffee included in meal.

I try to use as much organic ingredients as possible.

Vegetarian (without bacon) version pie is possible only if all guests agree with it.

You can bring your own alcohol.

Longer description:

This pie is a real filling food. Crust is made with wholemeal and real butter. The filling contains homegrown onions, sauteed until smooth and sweet; smoked bacon, if you want it, is from a farm in the central Estonia. Eggs come from home farm in Raplamaa. Cheese, however, is from shop :) So does the cream inside filling. And if You think there is no such a thing as too much cheese, this pie is for You!

For taste it contains bit of smoked paprika as well as dash of chilli. Some herbs, like basil or thyme or whatever I have in hand, are used, too.

Served with fresh salad.

Semolina mousse is real estonian dessert. Made from semolina, sugar and organic cranberry juice, usually served with milk. Sweet and savory, it was one of my favorites when I grew up in soviet time.

Love the life :) I think it's most important thing to say.I do care a lot of my friends and I try always to be there for them.I have my dear son, boyfriend and two cats I live with.I've studied art and environmental sciences, I've been working in theatre, for air company and for travel agencies, for university and now around 17 years for pressphoto agency; but I do some works for some environmental projects (mostly in consumption area) sometimes, too. I'm editor in weather information website (not the National Weather Service). Also I am volunteering in some projects. During summer I am helping to get people to Pakri islands and guide them there.I am proud of my country and I like to show around, also talk about our country and my hometown, Tallinn. Politics and sports are not my topics :)I took lot of photos but am not so good in sending them online :) I like reading. Love the jazz music. In the summer I like to fly stunt kite. And when possible, I try to go for a walk.
