Gourmet and healthy buffet
Come to my fundraising buffet dinner to share a nice moment with us around a selection of dishes from around the world. I'm French and have lived in several countries such as the USA and China. I'm glad to prepare this special event to help a humanitarian mission held by students called Hope and Smile. Let's enjoy together a good meal and help at the same time this association to realise their project of building a school for a small village in the region of Esmeraldas, Ecuador.

I love to combine asian food to french dishes just like in fusion food. Another of my favourite playground for creating gourmet dishes is the Mediterranean area.
